Patrick Flynn has had broad financial and management experience in a diverse set of private enterprises. He was a shareholder in a $200 million Top 400 ENR Commercial General Contractor, serving as CFO and VP Administration. The company grew from $90 million in sales in 1996 to over $225 million in 2003, while maintaining a ROI in excess of 30%. He was responsible for the research, evaluation and implementation of the company’s ESOP.

Previously, he made his mark as an entrepreneur: CFO of a $10 million multi-specialty medical practice; owner and president of a medical management company; cofounder and CFO of an occupational rehabilitation company; and co-founder and GM of a professional indoor soccer team. He prepared himself for these engagements as partner in a Certified Public Accounting firm for 16 years.

In these diverse roles, he has accumulated in-depth expertise in management and financial analysis and in negotiating and managing complex tasks to produce bottomline results. His experience covers start-ups, restructuring, financing, acquisitions and dispositions.

A Penn State graduate, Patrick earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration, with highest distinction. He was the inaugural recipient of the Wall Street Journal Award for Excellence in Accounting Studies. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Vietnam veteran.
