Meghan E. Kelly

Vice President – Business Development

Meghan first started out as a science teacher in Brooklyn, NY in 2000. After spending three years learning more from her incredible students than she could ever teach, Meghan shifted back to her true love of business and finance. Ms. Kelly moved to Philadelphia to earn her MBA in Finance at LaSalle University. Upon graduation, Meghan spent several years as a financial analyst in Philadelphia at a boutique financial firm specializing in business valuation, forensic accounting and litigation support.

Seeking a stronger altruistic focus to her career, Ms. Kelly moved into the non-profit sector where she began her mission to “be the change” in the Sponsored Research Division of Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. From there, she progressed to raising funds for teachers as the Director of Development for the College of Education at West Chester University of PA. Meghan’s non-profit career spanned approximately 10 years, supporting many worthy causes, non-profits and educational institutions, including her most recent position as the Director of Development and Alumni Relations for Penn State University, Great Valley campus.

Transitioning from the non-profit sector, Meghan joined the ranks of entrepreneurship when she launched the empowerment apparel brand, Four Girls On A Mission, on March 8, 2017, International Women’s Day. The company was founded with the mission to expand and redefine girl power, one t-shirt at a time; giving girls and girl-supporters a voice through their apparel. $1.00 of every item sold is donated to programs that support women’s safety, education and wellness.

Meghan resides in West Chester with her husband, Matt, and daughters, Indy and Quinn. She is a certified yoga teacher and is training for her first half-marathon.
